Jan Wehn

Jan Wehn, born in Hagen in 1986, is an author and journalist. He studied literature and cultural studies as well as cultural journalism in Bonn and Berlin. He worked as an editor at Spex and De:Bug and wrote about rap and popular culture for publications including Juice, Zeit Online, Musikexpress, and Intro. Wehn co-founded the hip-hop magazine All Good. He received the Rocco-Clein Prize in 2013 and 2015. His publications include the oral history of German rap, “Könnt ihr uns hören?”, co-written with Davide Bortot, and the novella “Morgellon”.
