Jan Ruhkopf (born 1990) is a German historian. He studied at the University of Tübingen and worked as a research associate at the Stiftung Bundespräsident-Theodor-Heuss-Haus in Stuttgart. There, he helped coordinate the program “100 Köpfe der Demokratie. Biographical Approaches to the History of Democracy in Germany.” His areas of research include the history of democracy, new biography, and the history of public administration.
