James Sturm

James Sturm was born in New York in 1965 and has worked as a comics writer, artist, and editor. His graphic novels include Off Season, The Golem’s Mighty Swing, and Market Day. In 2003, he co-wrote Unstable Molecules with Guy Davis and Robert Sikoryak, an Eisner Award-winning story about the Fantastic Four. Sturm has received two Eisner Awards in total. In 2004, he helped co-found the Center for Cartoon Studies in Vermont. His interest in comics began in childhood through Charles M. Schulz’s newspaper strip Peanuts.
