James Robertson is an author, consultant, teacher, photographer, and specialist in systems and software solutions. Before entering this field, he worked as an architect, and he later applied architectural ideas of space, function, flow, and appearance to the design of business solutions. Robertson co-authored seven books and the Volere approach to requirements engineering, and worked as a consultant on every continent.
