Iyad Shraim

Iyad Shraim was born in Amman and earned a doctorate in German studies at the University of Münster. He taught Arabic language, literature, and calligraphy at the University of Hamburg. His scholarly interests included the reception of German literature in the Arab world and the interaction between literature and art.
