Isabella Hammad

Isabella Hammad grew up in London and is an author. Her debut novel, »Der Fremde aus Paris«, was sold in 16 countries and received the Betty Trask Award and the Palestine Book Award. Granta included her in its selection of the »Best Young Novelists under 40«. Her second novel, »Enter Ghost«, won the Encore Award for the best second novel and the Aspen Words Literary Prize. It was also nominated for, among others, the Ondaatje Prize and the 2024 Women’s Prize.
