Ilona Koglin

Ilona Koglin is a German journalist, author, media activist and illustrator. In 2012, she and Marek Rohde founded the editorial office Whoopee Connections, which advises media organizations, NGOs and social entrepreneurs. For more than 20 years, Koglin and Rohde have worked on ecological issues and solutions to social and environmental challenges, publishing several nonfiction books on these subjects. Since 2007, they have run the blog “Für eine bessere Welt” and have also organized the “Conference for a Better World.” Koglin has also worked as a ghostwriter, blogger, workshop leader and speaker. Together with Rohde, she developed fiction formats designed to present ecological and social topics to younger audiences.
