Horst Claus Recktenwald

Horst Claus Recktenwald (1920–1990) was a professor of economics at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg. He was a full member of the Leibniz Academy of Sciences and Literature and honorary president of the International Institute of Public Finance (IIPF). His scholarly work was translated into several languages.
