Holger Stromberg

Holger Stromberg (born 1972 in Münster) is a German chef and nutrition expert. He grew up in his parents’ inn in Waltrop, in a family with a longstanding background in gastronomy, and trained in fine-dining kitchens. At the age of 23, he received a Michelin star as Germany’s youngest chef at the time. As a founding member and later president of the chefs’ association “Junge Wilde e.V.,” he promoted avant-garde culinary and restaurant concepts. From 2007 to 2017, Stromberg served as a chef and nutrition expert on the official staff of the German national football team and was part of the team’s support staff when it won the 2014 World Cup in Brazil. In 2003, he established his own gastronomy company and later founded STROMBERG* Consulting GmbH.
