Heinrich Meier

Heinrich Meier is a German philosopher. From 1985 to 2022, he headed the Carl Friedrich von Siemens Foundation in Munich. He was also an honorary professor of philosophy at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich and a permanent visiting professor at the University of Chicago’s Committee on Social Thought. His publications include works on Leo Strauss and political philosophy.
