Heiko Hilker, born in 1966, was the nationwide coordinator of the DT64 Friends’ Circles from 1991 to 1993. He worked as a media policy specialist and served on the Broadcasting Council of Mitteldeutscher Rundfunk (MDR). He also served as managing director of the Dresden Institute for Media, Education and Consulting.
