Heike Patzschke, born in 1959, is a German interpreter and translator from Japanese. She began working as a freelance interpreter and translator in 1994. Among others, she interpreted for the writers Kenzaburō Ōe, Haruki Murakami, and Saiichi Maruya. The authors whose works she translated include Mori Ōgai, Ryōtarō Shiba, and Mizuko Masuda.
