Harald Kimmig

Harald Kimmig (born 1956) is a German improvising musician, performer and visual artist. Alongside concert work, he worked in large-scale stage performances and explored the relationship between sound, form and other art forms through improvisation. In his musical ensembles, he performed freely improvised music and developed an individual style. A published volume presented his drawings for the first time; like his music, they emerged from the moment of improvisation.
