Gerhard Fehn was born in Meiningen in 1948 and grew up in Mannheim. At the age of 34, he left his career as a civil servant to begin his professional career as an actor at the Badische Landesbühne in Bruchsal. He performed at theatres in Tübingen, Giessen, Heidelberg, Oberhausen and Dortmund, as well as at the Bad Vilbel Castle Festival and the Feuchtwangen Cloister Festival. His roles included King Ignaz at the Stadttheater Giessen, Heinz Wäscher in the musical “Kein Pardon,” and Sigmar Gabriel in the comedy “Mutti.” Fehn appeared in numerous television and film productions and also worked as a director and voice artist for dubbing, radio plays, features and computer games.
