Gerd Anthoff (born 1946) is a German theater and television actor. Born in Munich, he began taking acting lessons as a teenager and received a scholarship from Bayerischer Rundfunk in 1964. After engagements at Munich theaters, he joined the ensemble of the Bavarian State Theatre in 1970, where he remained for more than 40 years. From 1989 onward, he also appeared in film and television productions. He became widely known for playing the property tycoon Toni Rambold in the series “Der Bulle von Tölz.” Anthoff received the Bavarian Television Award in 1995 and the Adolf Grimme Award in 2003.
