George Tabori

George Tabori (1914–2007) was a writer and theater director of Hungarian origin. His work addressed Nazism, mass murder, and racism, often combining these subjects with absurd comedy and dark humor. His notable plays include *The Cannibals* (1968) and *Mein Kampf. Farce* (1987). In 1992, Tabori was awarded the Georg Büchner Prize.
