Georg Psota, born in 1958, studied medicine in Vienna and trained as a specialist in psychiatry and neurology. From 2010 onward, he served as chief physician of Vienna’s Psychosocial Service. He is the author of nonfiction books and scientific publications. His works include Das weite Land der Seele (2016), Angst (2018), and Sucht (2022).
