From 2005 onward, Frauke Ion worked with ion international as a consultant, trainer and business coach. From 2006, she was a co-owner and director of the Institute for Personality, which specializes in assessment-based personnel and personality development. She was certified in various assessment tools, including the Reiss Motivation Profile®, S.C.I.L. Strategie®, DiSG®, Insights Discovery®, MBTI® and 9 Levels of Value Systems®. Before this, she gained experience in a management career spanning around 20 years in Germany and abroad. Her work focused on personnel and organizational development and on supporting leadership teams.
