Timo Wuerz

Timo Wuerz (born 1973) is a designer, illustrator, and artist. He became known for comics, children’s books, and album covers, and also worked on book and magazine illustrations, posters, postage stamps, corporate design, and other visual projects. He is the illustrator and creator associated with the character Günter, dem inneren Schweinehund, who introduced his work to a broad audience. His work has been exhibited in galleries and museums, including the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art. Wuerz held his first exhibition at the age of 14 and repeatedly addressed species and environmental protection in his art.
