Franziska Walther

Franziska Walther (born 1980) is a graphic designer, illustrator and architect. She studied architecture and visual communication at Bauhaus-Universität Weimar. In 2010, she founded the studio SEHEN IST GOLD® as a laboratory for design ideas. Walther has illustrated and designed books, magazines, brochures and book covers for publishers and agencies. Her work includes the illustrations for Klaus Kordon’s children’s novel “Marija im Baum”. Her illustrations and book designs have received numerous national and international awards, including the Joseph Binder Award in Gold.
