Frank Decker

Frank Decker, born in Montabaur in 1964, is a political scientist. He holds the academic degrees Dr. rer. pol. and Dipl.-Pol. His academic positions have included a professorship in political science at the University of Bonn and scientific leadership of the Bonn Academy for Research and Teaching of Practical Politics (BAPP).
