Franca Mangiameli

Franca Mangiameli studied nutritional science at Justus Liebig University Giessen and graduated with a diploma in nutritional science. In 2001, she received the Oecotrophica Prize for her thesis. She worked in nutritional counseling and as a network manager and food coach for Dr. Ambrosius. In 2010, she became managing director of essteam GbR together with Heike Lemberger; the company offers professional seminars and nutritional counseling. Mangiameli has published numerous nutrition guides, including books on the LOGI method and “Die Milchdiät.” She has also appeared as a nutrition expert on various television programs.
