Flurina Badel

Flurina Badel (born 1983 in Lavin, Switzerland) is a Swiss writer and artist. She trained as a journalist, earned a Master of Fine Arts in Basel, and studied at the Institute of Language Arts at the University of Applied Arts Vienna. Her first poetry collection, “tinnitus tropic,” received a Swiss Literature Award in 2020. Her first novel, “Tschiera,” was awarded the Bündner Literature Prize in 2025.
