Florence Dailleux grew up in Paris in a house filled with books and comics. After studying English, she spent time in Scotland, Chile, Mexico and Germany. She began working as a freelance illustrator in 2008 and has illustrated more than 40 books, including ten volumes of a picture-book series featuring a little fox. Her first book project, “Die Metamorphosen,” was shortlisted for the 2023 Hamburg Picture Book Award and selected for the 2024 dPictus Picturebook Showcase.
