Felix Berner was born in 1990. He studied law at the University of Tübingen and, from 2015, worked as a research assistant at its Chair of Civil Law, Private International Law and Comparative Law. From 2017, he completed his legal traineeship as a legal trainee at the Tübingen Regional Court.
