Elmar Locher

Elmar Locher is a scholar of literature. From 1992 to 2016, he was an associate professor of German literature at the University of Verona. He also served as president of the Verein der Bücherwürmer Lana/Literatur Lana and of the International Committee of the Merano Poetry Prize.
