Elisabeth Raether

Elisabeth Raether (born 1979) studied in Berlin and Paris and initially worked for a publishing house. Together with Jana Hensel, she co-authored the book »Neue deutsche Mädchen« (2008). For ZEITmagazin, she developed the culinary columns »Wochenmarkt« and »Die trinkende Frau«, both of which were also published as collected editions. »Die trinkende Frau« ran from 2011 to 2016. Raether worked as an editor in ZEIT’s politics department.
