Elisabeth Lust-Sauberer

Elisabeth Lust-Sauberer is an Austrian author and trained herbal educator. As a Lower Austrian seminar farmer and district farmers’ representative, she focused on rural culinary traditions, regional food and combining inherited knowledge with modern insights. She collected recipes from across Austria, published several books and shared her practical expertise at seminars and on Radio Niederösterreich and ORF. Her publications include “Mein Kräuterbuch für das ganze Jahr” (“My Herbal Book for the Whole Year”).
