Edward M. Hallowell

Edward M. Hallowell is a psychiatrist and author. He taught at Harvard Medical School for 20 years and has written more than 20 books, including the bestselling works *Driven to Distraction* and *Married to Distraction*. Hallowell has ADHD himself. In 2018, he received the National Alliance on Mental Illness “Leader of Mental Health Awareness Award.”
