Edouard Louis

Édouard Louis, born in 1992, is a French writer and sociologist. He gained international recognition in 2015 with his autobiographical debut novel, »The End of Eddy«, which recounts his childhood in a village in northern France and his escape from precarious circumstances. His other works include »History of Violence«, »Who Killed My Father«, »A Woman’s Battles and Transformations« and »Change: Method«. His books have been published internationally and adapted for the stage.
