Dragoslava Barzut is a Serbian author and activist. She published award-winning collections of short stories, and her prose appeared in numerous anthologies and literary journals. Barzut edited a collection of ex-Yugoslav lesbian literature as well as contemporary poetry. She worked as an editor for Labris, a Serbian human rights organization opposing gender-based discrimination. Her novel *Losing Intimacy* (original title: *Papirne disko kugle*) received several awards.
