Diana Schwarz co-directed the Trageschule Hamburg® and the Einfach Eltern® course platform with Frauke Ludwig. Her work focused on needs-oriented support for families. Her activities included training babywearing consultants and BabySteps® course instructors, advising manufacturers of baby carriers, and initiating the Attachment Parenting Congress. From 2013 onward, Schwarz and Ludwig trained around 3,000 babywearing consultants at several locations. They also gave presentations at conferences and interviews on their areas of expertise.
