Desmond Morris

Desmond Morris (born 1928 in Purton, England) was an English zoologist and ethologist, as well as an author, filmmaker, publicist and painter. He became internationally known for his book The Naked Ape (1967), which was a worldwide bestseller. His other publications include Bodywatching, Catwatching, Dogwatching and Babywatching. Morris also published numerous books on animal and human behaviour and worked as a curator at London Zoo.
