David Osborn

David Osborn was born in 1923. While studying at Columbia University, he wrote his first plays for Off-Broadway theatre. In 1974, he published the international success *Open Season*, known in German as *Jagdzeit*. The novel was adapted into a film starring Peter Fonda in the same year.
