David Benioff

David Benioff, born in 1970, made his literary debut in 2002 with the novel “25 Hours.” The book was adapted for the screen by Spike Lee, starring Edward Norton and Philip Seymour Hoffman. Benioff subsequently worked as a screenwriter, adapted Khaled Hosseini’s “The Kite Runner” for film, and co-wrote the screenplay for “Troy,” among other projects.
