David Benedictus

David Benedictus, born in London in 1938, was the author of numerous novels and nonfiction books. He also worked in film and television, including as an actor in television films and as a television editor. He was the host of the BBC programme *A Book at Bedtime*. His second novel was adapted for the screen by Francis Ford Coppola. Benedictus also developed and produced several audiobook adaptations of *Winnie-the-Pooh*.
