Daniel Krochmalnik

Daniel Krochmalnik was born in 1956. He holds a doctorate in philosophy and an honorary doctorate. From 1999 to 2018, he was Professor of Modern Jewish Philosophy and Intellectual History and of Jewish Religious Education at the Hochschule für Jüdische Studien Heidelberg. He subsequently taught Jewish Religion and Philosophy at the University of Potsdam and was affiliated with its School of Jewish Theology. He has also worked as a professor of Jewish religious studies, education, and didactics.
