Daniel King

Daniel King (born 1963) is an English chess grandmaster. He has worked as a professional chess player, coach, journalist, and broadcaster. As an author, he has published 16 chess books, including *How Good Is Your Chess?* and *How to Win at Chess*, covering topics from opening preparation to self-directed training. He has also coached young top-level players and explained complex chess subjects to a broad audience.
