Corinna Mieth

Born in 1967, Corinna Mieth studied philosophy and modern German literary studies at the University of Tübingen, where she received her M.A. in 1999 and her doctorate in 2002. Her career has included work as a research associate at the Institute of Philosophy at the University of Bonn. She later became Professor of Practical Philosophy at Ruhr University Bochum. Her research areas include theories of justice, Kant’s moral philosophy, duties of aid, theories of just war, and concepts of utopia.
