Claus Vester

Claus Vester, born in Düsseldorf in 1963, gained his first experience in Munich’s independent theatre scene and with a touring theatre company while studying. He worked as a dubbing actor and as an audiobook narrator and director. He became known to a wider audience as the German voice of Richard Rycroft, who played Maester Wolkan in “Game of Thrones,” and of Nicolas in “Monster Island.” Among the authors whose audiobooks he narrated are Jesper Juul, Hans-Otto Thomashoff, and Arno Gruen.
