Claudia Schreiber

Born in 1958, Claudia Schreiber first worked as an editor, reporter and presenter for Südwestfunk and ZDF. Since 1992, she has written novels, nonfiction and children’s books. Her children’s debut, “Sultan und Kotzbrocken,” was published in 2004; her other works include the young-adult novel “Solo für Clara” and the novel “Emmas Glück.” The latter was adapted into a film starring Jördis Triebel and Jürgen Vogel and has been translated into several languages. Schreiber has received, among other honors, the Federal President’s Journalism Prize for Development Policy.
