Claudia Nemat

Claudia Nemat (born 1968 in Bensberg, Germany) studied physics at the University of Cologne, where she also taught at the Institute of Mathematics and Theoretical Physics. She then spent 17 years at McKinsey & Company, including as co-head of its global technology sector. For international clients, she took on various interim management assignments, including interim CEO roles and the recovery of major IT projects. In 2011, she joined the executive board of Deutsche Telekom and led its European business until the end of 2016. Her areas of expertise include digital transformation, technology and product innovation, and IT, security and crisis management.
