Claudia Mayer

Claudia Mayer, born in 1984, studied law at the University of Passau, where she earned her doctorate in 2009. She subsequently worked, among other roles, as a legal trainee in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Munich and as a research associate and academic councillor at the University of Passau. She completed an LL.M. at the University of Chicago. In 2017, she completed her habilitation and was appointed to the University of Tübingen, where she took over the chair of Civil Law and German and International Civil Procedural Law.
