Christjan Ladurner

Christjan Ladurner (born 1961) is a certified mountain and ski guide, trained aerial photographer, and author. He grew up in South Tyrol and has published numerous books on outdoor activities and alpine subjects, as well as biographies of mountaineers and other notable figures. His works include the illustrated books “König Ortler” and “Die Zukunft der Alpen,” published in collaboration with Reinhold Messner. Ladurner’s long experience as a mountain guide in various alpine sports informs both his writing and his photography.
