Chiara Lagani

Chiara Lagani (born 3 December 1974 in Ravenna) studied ancient literature at the University of Bologna, graduating with top marks and honors. She worked as an actress and playwright and wrote theater texts as well as adaptations and reworkings of poetic and literary works. Her work includes the comic adaptation of Elena Ferrante’s “My Brilliant Friend.”
