Carolyn Caldicott

Carolyn Caldicott worked for many years with her husband, Chris, on travel documentaries produced for organizations including the Royal Geographical Society and the BBC, as well as for international magazines and newspapers. In 1991, they opened the World Food Café in London, where they turned recipes gathered on their travels into vegetarian dishes. They ran the restaurant until 2010, and it became a well-known institution in London’s food scene.
