Carlos Peter Reinelt was born in 1994 in Lustenau, Vorarlberg. He attended a secondary school in Bregenz and studied German, philosophy and psychology in Salzburg. He won state-level competitions in mathematics and philosophy and competed in ski jumping at a high-performance level. He also played in rock and metal bands and was involved in political work. His mother is from Colombia and his father from Tyrol.
