Carl Hollander

Carl Hollander (1934–1995) studied at the art academy in The Hague. After graduating, he worked as an illustrator, creating drawings and watercolors for children’s books. He became known for his illustrations for works by Paul Biegel and Annie M. G. Schmidt, as well as for Astrid Lindgren’s “Pippi Longstocking.”
