Britta Sabbag

Britta Sabbag, born in Osnabrück in 1978, studied linguistics, psychology and education in Bonn. After graduating, she worked in human resources for seven years before becoming a writer. Her 2012 debut novel, “Pinguinwetter,” immediately became a SPIEGEL bestseller. She subsequently published numerous novels as well as books for young readers and children, including picture books. She is particularly known for the children’s series “Die kleine Hummel Bommel,” which became a classic. Her work also includes songs and screenplays.
