Barbara Iland-Olschewski

Barbara Iland-Olschewski studied fine art at the Kunstakademie Düsseldorf. During her studies, she began telling stories in the form of short films. She subsequently worked as a director, television editor and writer for various television formats, and studied screenwriting at the Kölner Filmhaus. Her work as a writer for children’s television sparked her interest in children’s literature. She has written numerous children’s books.
